FM radio operates between 88 and 108 MHz (the numbers on your radio display are in megahertz). 1 megahertz is a million hertz.

AM radio operates at a much lower frequency - 535 - 1,605 KHz. A single kilohertz is one thousand hertz.

TVs operate in the MHz range, but channel 4 is only 60 MHz.

Radar operates at a very wide range of frequencies, depending upon the type of radar and its purpose. Handheld police radar guns generally operate in 8-12 GHz (gigahertz, or 1 billion hertz).
